We present you the results of a benchmark comparison test between the latest Joomla 2.5.4 Emper (stable) and the upcoming Elxis 4.0 Nautilus (pre-alpha). The tests performed with the Apache's ab tool on a local development computer running Windows. Both CMSs were with their default content and settings, although Elxis had about 2900 articles more than Joomla. Various caching options were tested. The result of all tests is that Elxis is, at least, 4 times faster than Joomla!
