Fruml CMS is a brand new Content Management System that helps you to manage your websites in one single system built with usability, web-standards and expandability in mind.

Fruml features a powerful plugin system which, when combined with the event management possibilities, can be used to extend the functionality of the system in any way imaginable.

An easy-to-use package installer is in place, with which plugins, language packs, installer, dashboard widgets, templates and much more can be installed with only a single click of a button.

Built for speed, Fruml uses both client-side and server-side caching for optimal performance, and can compress/ minify output on-the-fly, saving bandwidth.

The Fruml Dashboard uses an easily recognisable interface which is easy to navigate and customise for users who do not have access to all the functionality in the system.

Templating in Fruml is as easy as adding a number of special Fruml Tags to your handcoded HTML template. Images, css files and javascript libraries can all be managed within Fruml (although this is by no means required). Which content should be available in pages can be crafted using custom fields and page types (collections of custom fields) meaning you're not limited to just one or two input fields. You control the content and the appearance of your websites, not the CMS!

The Fruml API allows access to the core of the system, meaning you can add functionality to your pages by writing 'components', or by downloading them using the package manager.
